Qualifications and Competencies
- Relevant post-basic qualification(s) following matriculation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive between Gauteng, Free State and Kwa-Zulu Natal provinces, and between facilities
- Proficiency in using a smart phone and/or an electronic device (e.g. laptop, tablet or iPad)
- At least one year of fieldwork experience, preferably of mixed methods research projects
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email and Internet), including computer typing skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Accuracy, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow through on instructions
- Fluency in English and Zulu. Proficiency in Setswana/ Sesotho will be an advantage
