- Comptia A+ / N+ / – Essential
- MCSE / MCSA / MCP or other MS – Essential
- Service Desk Foundation – Preferred
- Min 4 years relevant experience including windows OS, MS Office and Lotus Notes support
- Experience in call logging systems
