Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 essential;
  • South African Citizen;
  • Post matric administration or secretarial qualification required ;
  • Minimum 2 years administration experience;
  • Minimum 1 year fleet management experience;
  • Previous nature reserve access gate cashier experience advantageous ;
  • Intermediate understanding of financials ( previous experience beneficial);
  • Operationally minded ( previous experience beneficial);
  • Computer Literate (MS Office Suite) Word, Excel and Power point (intermediate level);
  • Strong Communication Skills – Written, Oral, Email, Telephone etiquette, and presentation;
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Deadline driven
  • Be able to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Positive attitude and service driven

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Basic financial management
  • Population of cashier and audit documentation
  • Maintain systems to ensure Client service level agreement adhered to at all times
  • Develop and maintain relationship with client contact person
  • Maintain high standard customer interaction and communication
  • Control company / Client assets
