Job Description

 

KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Develop and manage sound customer relationships.
  • Achieve sales volume/value and market share targets in selected channels.
  • Implement promotions according to the Trade Marketing Cycle Plan.
  • Ensure Channel specific PICOS effectively executed and entrenched within the channel.
  • Manage maximum pricing as per guidelines.
  • Monitor and drive product quality standards.
  • Implement and manage data driven sales
  • Targeted Sales activities resolution at every outlet
  • Manage assets in trade (coolers, DBI).

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant three year post matric tertiary qualification.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Minimum 1 year’s Sales experience in FMCG environment.
  • Minimum Valid Code EB (8) driver’s license unendorsed with at least 6 months driving experience (post-date of license issue)
  • Data handling with Insights an added advantage
  • Must reside within the area
