KEY RESULT AREAS
- Develop and manage sound customer relationships.
- Achieve sales volume/value and market share targets in selected channels.
- Implement promotions according to the Trade Marketing Cycle Plan.
- Ensure Channel specific PICOS effectively executed and entrenched within the channel.
- Manage maximum pricing as per guidelines.
- Monitor and drive product quality standards.
- Implement and manage data driven sales
- Targeted Sales activities resolution at every outlet
- Manage assets in trade (coolers, DBI).
- Relevant three year post matric tertiary qualification.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Minimum 1 year’s Sales experience in FMCG environment.
- Minimum Valid Code EB (8) driver’s license unendorsed with at least 6 months driving experience (post-date of license issue)
- Data handling with Insights an added advantage
- Must reside within the Rustenburg area
