Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Remove flattened Filtraflo finished product bags from the bag-flattening conveyor.
- Remove Genulite finished product bags from the bagging area.
- Pack finished product bags onto pallets in accordance with the relevant packing standard. Leaking or damaged bags must be rejected and packed onto separate pallets.
- Ensure that only pallets that are in good condition are used for packing. Damaged pallets must be separated so as to be returned to the despatch department for repair.
- Assist in the re-labeling of off-specification or reject material.
- Ensure that the bag flattening conveyor and the area in which the finished product is palletized is kept clean.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric
- 2 years manufacturing plant experience
