Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • National Diploma in Human Resources or related post matric qualification
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • High level of confidentiality
  • One year experience SAGE VIP (or similar payroll system)
  • Computer literacy Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Advanced Excel an advantage
  • Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Telephonic interaction skills

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Provident Fund claims between four divisions
  • Reconciling mass data & advise employees of their benefit options
  • Administration of long service recognition
  • Termination of services and follow ups with the retirement funds
  • Retirees Management
  • Third Party payments and submission of schedules
  • Third Party data management and administration
