Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Keep project files and folders up to date
- Provide day to day administration onsite
- Provide office support to colleagues and client
- Timeous submission of leave forms, medicals, time sheets and claims
- Prepare overtime quotes for sign off by client
- Request invoices and submit billing packs
- Update and submit absenteeism sheet daily
- Submit payroll schedules and ensure data is captured correctly
- Liaise with medical aid and pension fund on behalf of staff
- Logging of maintenance calls and updating maintenance tracking sheet
- Issue uniforms to all Servest divisions onsite
- Manage helpdesk calls logged
- Update statuses on Helpdesk
- Assist with all adhoc requests
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 , High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar environment
- Working knowledge of payroll activities
- General office administration
- Basic understanding of help desk call log process
