To take responsibility for the administration and logistical arrangements of training courses and employee recordsexperience and qualifications
- Minimum Qualification – Relevant Diploma in Administration
- Preferred Qualification – Relevant Training and Development Practitioner (ETDP SETA) Certificate or Diploma
- Experience – 1 to 3 years experience in a similar environment
- Additional Knowledge – Functional knowledge of the human capital value chain e.g. organisational development, organisational design, talent management, performance management, reward and benefits, talent sourcing, and learning and development
- Insights into talent management, and learning and development processes
