Job-related Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a warehousing / logistics environment

  • Adhere to Health and Safety standards and create awareness.
  • Willingness to achieve success in role and motivate team members.
  • Strong decision-making ability and confident to operate independently.
  • Ability to operate under extreme pressure.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

ADDED ADVANTAGES FOR THIS ROLE

  • Strong Communication / Interpersonal skills.
  • Proper telephone technique

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist dealers with queries, this includes but is not limited to pictures, ETA’s, POD’s, stock availability, self-collections and invoice and credit note requests, etc.
  • Call dealers on a daily basis in order to identify any outstanding queries, this in turn will assist in building a relationship with the dealers, which is essential to any call center agent
