Murray & Roberts: HR Assistant
Minimum requirements
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
- Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
- BCom or HR related Degree / National Diploma at NQF Level 6
- MS Office Proficient (Word, Excel)
- Exposure to an online transformation system
- Exposure to SharePoint or similar document management system (advantageous)
- Excellent administrative and report writing skills with attention to detail
- Numerical skills with ability to perform complex calculations
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all levels
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in the field of BBBEE, Employment Equity and Transformation
- Experience conducting BBBEE audits and compiling Employment Equity reports will be advantageous
- Good understanding and knowledge of Employment Equity legislation, BBBEE and Codes of Good Practice
- Exposure to the Mining / Construction Sector Codes will be advantageous
