Job Description

Momentum : Front Office Administrator

The RAA’s main core function will be to assist the Recovery Advisors as well as the Recoveries Team Manager with a set of administrative tasks, which will include Ad-hoc tasks as the team might require.

Requirements
  • Matric
  • Minimum 6 month’s experience in the Short-Term Insurance Industry
  • Knowledge pertaining to the Recovery process is required
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Front office
  • Matching of banking on PREMIA
  • Managing VFV inbox
  • VFV file handovers
  • Monthly VFV rejections
  • Exception report processing
  • Telephonic & email follow ups on payments and settlements with other party insurers
  • Costing VFV AOD recoveries & matching
  • Refunding of excesses
  • Payment of tracers and managing the monthly statement
  • Propensity calculator capture
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks
