Clinix Health Group: Porter
Welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner and providing them with porter services between the Hospital Reception, the Doctors’ suites, Emergency Department and various Units/Wards within the hospital.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12 or equivalent level of education.
- 0 to 1 year previous experience as a Porter in a hospital environment (advantageous).
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Attend to all patients and customers’ needs in a professional manner.
- Transport/accompany patients between different department in the hospital.
- Transfer of documents, medication, etc between hospital departments.
- Maintain patient confidentiality, in all daily duties.
- Deliver a customer-focused admissions experience in as efficient a manner as possible.
- Respond to calls from various departments.
