Education & Experience

  • Min 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Minimum Matric or post matric diploma
  • Possess good professional image, excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer service.
  • Pro-active and highly resourceful

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook applications is highly preferred
  • Possesses good understanding and knowledge in co-ordinating administratives and system processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of POPIA, especially in managing confidential information
  • Providing administrative support in a marketing department where a brand templating platform is used would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
