Barloworld Equipment: Parts Salesperson x 4
Key Outputs
- Correctly identify the needs of the customer.
- Process parts orders and backorders efficiently and effectively.
- Provide feedback and status updates to the customer.
- Verify against HIS to validate correct specifications / requirements
- Pick loose parts dependant on plant specific layout and process
- Select correct hose and cut to specification – Adhere to contamination control guidelines for hose cleaning
- Assemble hose to Caterpillar specification
- Tag hose with correct information – Seal and dispatch as required
- Sign off hose assembly in hose register and make sure hose assembly is booked out to customer
- Build hydraulic hoses per sample as and when required – providing assistance in other areas within the warehouse as and when required. Make sure that stock is correct and counted
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Grade 12
- Relationship building skills.
- Very good business communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to sell the value, Make use of reference material, Attention to detail;
- Passion for the brand, Mechanical understanding, Ability to diffuse difficult situations effectively.
- Ability to provide options, Mechanical understanding.
- IMM qualification would be a recommendation, Basic business and financial acumen
