Shoprite Group: Telesales Clerk
- To assist clients telephonically and electronically by taking their orders.
- Selling & upselling.
- Capturing of orders, closing deals telephonically, ensure every phone call is answered and every customer is satisfied.
Job Objectives
- Calling on new and existing clients to follow up on new and current orders
- Providing excellent client services through clear and constant communication
- Managing and building relationships with existing clients
- Processing of orders
- Ensuring all orders and deliveries are running smoothly
- Assisting the Sales Representatives
- Following up and generating of lead times
- General office administration
Qualifications
- Grade 12 qualification (essential)
- Relevant qualification in Marketing/Sales (desired)
Experience
- At least 1 years’ experience in Food services industry (essential)
- Sales & marketing experience (essential)
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of the retail and food services industry
