Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Appropriate Degree/B Degree in HR Degree/ Social Science Degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ Experience in Professional Counselling
- Driver’s license (Code B)
- Training focusing specifically on Employment Equity and Transformation
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 6 years’ HR Experience
- Computer literate (MS Office)- Ability to construct effective presentation/management reports

- Professional Counselling and High Level of Confidentiality

- PFMA
- Project Management
- Employment Equity Act and related regulations
- BBBEE regulations and related information
