Specification

Administrative duties :

  • To effectively control the centralised daily operations activities and ensure that effective administration is conducted, and all information is recorded and stored accurately and on time.
  • Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
  • E-mail released purchase orders to relevant suppliers
  • Managing the maintenance of the warehouse and facility equipment.
  • Documents are filed and archived in an organised way as to ensure that it is easy retrievable
Requirements
NQF 5 Supply Chain / logistics management or other related field
1 – 2 years’ Warehouse Clerk / Administrator in Operations environment
