Job Description

FirstRand: Client Service Agent

 

    • purpose

      To ensure client retention by providing after-sales service for multiple channels and brands in a contact centre environment, in compliance with strict regulations.

      experience and qualifications

      • Minimum Qualification – Grade Twelve / National Certificate
      • Preferred Qualification – Grade Twelve / National Certificate
      • Experience – Six to twelve months as a Junior Agent with demonstrable call center experience, system skills and sound product knowledge

    • Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources
    • Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team
    • Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance
    • Uses technical know-how to identify, solve and escalate problems
    • Handles the after-sales process for multiple channels and brands to ensure client retention
