Minimum requirements
Experience/Skills/Knowledge
- Matric
- 2-4 years Supervisory experience in customer service.
- Broad understanding of vehicle tracking and GSM technology.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of Tracker Systems (CRM, TEMS, TMS.)
- Coaching
- Performance Management
- Disciplinary processes
