Guardrisk: Scheme & Binder Administrator

Role Purpose

Assist the Scheme Manager with servicing Admed’s binder arrangements. Ensuring that the principles and outcomes of TCF (treating Customers Fairly) are practised and achieved in all duties performed and services provided to Admed customers.

Requirements
  • Matric
  • Undergraduate degree a preference
  • RE5
  • At least 3 years experience in Health and Short Term Insurance Products
  • At least 5 years in a client facing role
  • Knowledge of local health insurance market and its associated legislation and regulations

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Binder Administration

  • Administration back up for binders who don’t have access. Full administration of all binder policies and all products
  • Capturing of apps
  • Amendments
  • Change of principal and spouse roles
  • Terminations
  • Reinstatements
  • General & escalated queries
