Rand Water: Stores Assistant
To receive stock from suppliers and to issue stock to departments as per requisition. To ensure that items are received and issued correctly
Minimum Requirements
• Matric or Equivalent
• Stores experience (at least one year)
• SAP Knowledge would be an advantage
Primary Duties
• To receive stock from suppliers and other Sites and to ensure stock received is correct
• To ensure that all items are packed neatly and valid invoices submitted for signatures
• Ensure that the correct signatures and codes appear on the reservation • Ensure that correct items are removed from the correct bin • Ensure that both the verifier and receiver sign the reservation • General Assistance • Stock Takes
