Finbond Mutual Bank: Helpdesk Support Agent

Qualifications:
Matric
A+ or N+ certification MCSE preferable, ITIL V3 certification optional

Experience:
Minimum 1 years Helpdesk support related experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good general knowledge of hardware peripherals & trouble shooting skills
  • Minimum one or more years experience in a service desk, call center or other technical support role.
  • Good communication and people skills
  • 2 years knowledge of MS operating system & products (Windows 7, XP and Office packages)
  • Sufficient maturity in interpersonal development needed to contend with potential difficult situations and users
  • Basic computer knowledge required. Experience with password resets, Desktop trouble shooting and applications support.

Additional Requirements:
Clear ITC
No criminal record
