Syntech: Tele Sales
- Processing a high volume of product orders
- Processing invoices for all sales transactions
- Checking prices and quotes are up to date
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
- Taking phone calls from customers
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers
- Processing POD & Invoice log sheets for all customers
- Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails
Requirements:
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Punctual and willing to do what is necessary to meet deadlines
- Ability to take initiative and manage own time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills – Finding solutions for customers queries
- Well organised and ability to prioritise effectively
- Not afraid to ask questions or escalate challenges where necessary
- IT Industry experience is essential
- Confidence to engage with customers telephonically
- Commitment to attain a high level of technical product knowledge in order to build credibility with the customer base
- Maintaining and observing a high degree of professionalism, ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Display prompt and effective organisation, planning and decision-making skills
- Professional and enthusiastic attitude to work
