Job Description

Sibanye Stillwater: Administrator Store

Key responsibilities:

Maintain inventory levels to meet business requirement by:

  • Updating and maintaining reports as per responsibility
  • Accurate document processing on receipt for stock and nonstock
  • items
  • Assisting with investigations relating to incorrect material
  • received and issued effecting stock availability
  • Assisting with materials return to supplier effecting stock
  • availability

The appointee should:

  • NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National
  • Senior Certificate for Adults)
  • Advanced Excel
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a related role.
  • Financial background on report building and reporting
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre
