Ampath Trust: Histo Typist
Purpose of Position:
To generate accurate reports received from the relevant Pathologist in the Histology laboratory using the Meditech system.
Requirements:
Grade 12, Secretarial certificate or diploma
Required Experience:
Dictaphone typing experience, Knowledge: Meditech system
Key Responsibilities:
Capture data on Meditech in order to ensure accurate and effective capturing of patient details, Edit service request forms in order to ensure the correction of inaccurate patient details, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Perform general tasks in order to ensure effective administration systems in the laboratory
