Work Experience

- Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is a necessity.
- Previous experience within a support role dealing with both internal and external customers essential.
- The position will require the incumbent to be willing to work after hours and weekends

Knowledge
Essential:
- Knowledge of Avis processes and procedures a must
- General business acumen.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Good understanding of x502 screen
- Good understanding of fielding telephone calls and emails.
- Broad knowledge of Avis Value added products
Skills
Essential:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate information and determine discrepancies.
- Advance level of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Interact comfortably with all levels
- Ability to compile reports.
- Self-managed.
- Analyze, reconcile work and correct discrepancies.
- Exceptional time management
