AECI: Procurement Administrator
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum education Grade 12
- A certificate/diploma in Office Administration would be advantageous.
- A certificate or diploma in Purchasing or similar would be advantageous
- Minimum 1 year hands on experience in purchasing as well as experience as an Office/Administrative Assistant.
- Must have proven track record for excellent customer service.
Competencies
- Knowledge of Syspro would be advantageous.
- Must be results orientated, able to work independently under limited supervision.
- Must also be a team player, self-motivated and deadline driven.
- Must possess good customer/supplier relationship skills
- Must possess an attitude that is key to success, be self-motivated, possess good judgement and possess the ability to solve problems systematically.
- Must be able to furnish clearly written and accurate reports to the Purchasing team.
- Must possess good communication (verbal and written), presentation, organisation, planning and analytical skills.
- Must be bilingual (English and Afrikaans) due to the nature of the Company’s client base.
- Must have a professional attitude and appearance.
- Must have strong admin functionality.
