Motus Aftermarket Parts: Admin Clerk
The purpose of this position is to perform daily administration of the branch, including cashier and COD duties when needed.
Requirements:
- Basic accounting principles
- Computer literate
- Excellent credit practices
- Organized and disciplined approach to administration
- Ability to calculate, post & manage accounting figures & financial records
- Must have excellent customer relation skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Team player with a flexible approach to work duties
- Honest & trustworthy
- Clear criminal record
- Qualifications – Minimum Grade 12
- Clear criminal record
Key Performance Indicators includes, but not limited to:
- Opening of COD accounts for all Afintapart branches
- Updating of COD schedule on a daily basis
- Emailing of statements, invoices & credit notes to customers
- Allocating incoming funds to debtor accounts if and when needed
