Motus Aftermarket Parts: Admin Clerk

The purpose of this position is to perform daily administration of the branch, including cashier and COD duties when needed.

Requirements:

  • Basic accounting principles
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent credit practices
  • Organized and disciplined approach to administration
  • Ability to calculate, post & manage accounting figures & financial records
  • Must have excellent customer relation skills
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Team player with a flexible approach to work duties
  • Honest & trustworthy
  • Clear criminal record
  • Qualifications – Minimum Grade 12
  • Clear criminal record

Key Performance Indicators includes, but not limited to:

  • Opening of COD accounts for all Afintapart branches
  • Updating of COD schedule on a daily basis
  • Emailing of statements, invoices & credit notes to customers
  • Allocating incoming funds to debtor accounts if and when needed
