Bidvest : HR Administrator
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric / Grade 12
- Degree in HR Management / related HR degree
- 5 + years experience in an HR administrative role
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & PowerBI
- Knowledge of HR related legislation, i.e., BCEA, LRA, EEA, POPI Act
- Must have at least 1 year experience working on SAGE 300 People, modules include Employee Management, Job Management, report generation
Key Responsibilities
Not limited to:-
Recruitment & Selection
- Obtaining relevant authorisation recruitment documentation prior to advertisement
- Placing advertisement onto recruitment platform
- Screening CV’s
- Arranging interviews, including liaising with recruitment agencies and candidates
- Ensure all compliance documentation is in order and available
- Perform necessary credit and reference checks
- Compile offers of employment
