Smollan: Admin Assistant

As an admin assistant you would be responsible for :

  • Effective sales tracking
  • Office Administration
  • Effective budget / expenditure management
  • Effective diary management and office administration (including ad hoc events management)
  • Co-ordination of trade visits
  • Effective teamwork and self-management
  • Effective reporting and tracking done via MS Excel

What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should

  • Have 1-2 years secretarial / admin experience, preferably in retail /FMCG
  • Have a completed Grade 12
  • Have excellent MS office experience
  • Communication Skills (verbal & written)
  • Financial Management Skills
  • Planning and Organising Skills
  • Time Management Skills
