City of Ekurhuleni: Declaration Support Officer
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support in respect of Councillors’ declarations
- Provide secretarial support to the Councillors’ declarations
- Provide administrative support to the Ethics and Integrity Committee
- Provide administrative support to the Divisional Head Legal and Procedural Support in respect of Councillors’ declarations
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or relevant equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to observe and understand protocol
- Ability to exercise discretion and security awareness consistent with the role and reputation of the Office
