City of Ekurhuleni: Administrative Assistant
- Execute operational responsibility and ensure that governance and risk management process in the context of organisational policy is applied to ensure compliance with necessary legislative requirements
- Perform daily responsibility to implement the budget in respect of maintenance budget to ensure responsiveness to the Department needs and provide support to the Department
- Provide effective services to the Department and build relationships with the stakeholders to ensure a performance driven section and achieve the divisions’ objective
- Build and sustain relationships with decision makers and interest groups, in support of divisional objectives to ensure a performance driven section and achieve the division’s objectives

- 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
