Job Description

City of Ekurhuleni: Administrative Assistant

  • Execute operational responsibility and ensure that governance and risk management process in the context of organisational policy is applied to ensure compliance with necessary legislative requirements
  • Perform daily responsibility to implement the budget in respect of maintenance budget to ensure responsiveness to the Department needs and provide support to the Department
  • Provide effective services to the Department and build relationships with the stakeholders to ensure a performance driven section and achieve the divisions’ objective
  • Build and sustain relationships with decision makers and interest groups, in support of divisional objectives to ensure a performance driven section and achieve the division’s objectives
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
:

  • Grade 12 and Course/ Certificate in Records Management and Records Keeping
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
