Bell Equipment: Sales Administrator

DUTIES:

  • Assist in administering Transversal Contract RT57
  • Procure and Distribute construction and machine tender leads to various Public Sector salespeople.
  • Monitor and report on construction tender leads provided to salespeople
  • Procure and complete machine tender documents from both Regions
  • Compile and distribute tender summaries to Regional General Managers
  • Compile board resolutions

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3-year diploma in Marketing or General Administration
  • above 3 years’ experience in project or Sales Administrative role
  • SAP / Sales Force Experience
  • Strong Administrative experience in dealing with Tenders
  • Strong Computer skills and knowledge with focus on micro-soft experience
  • Strong inter-personal sills and Hands-on approach and deadline driven
  • Attention to detail and analytical ability
