De Beers Group : Payroll Administrator
This role is at a Band 8 level reporting to the Payroll Supervisor
- Qualifications
-Matric/Grade 12 - Payroll or HR qualification (advantageous)
Experience:
- 2-4 years working experience in payroll
- Knowledge of SAP Payroll system (essential)
- Knowledge of Document Management Systems
- Knowledge of GSS Work Bench (GWB) (advantageous)
- Microsoft Excel – Intermediate level
- Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office
- Legislation pertaining to the payroll environment, ie. SARS, POPI, BCEA, etc.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
