Job Description

De Beers Group : Payroll Administrator

This role is at a Band 8 level reporting to the Payroll Supervisor

  • Qualifications
    -Matric/Grade 12
  • Payroll or HR qualification (advantageous)

Experience:

  • 2-4 years working experience in payroll
  • Knowledge of SAP Payroll system (essential)
  • Knowledge of Document Management Systems
  • Knowledge of GSS Work Bench (GWB) (advantageous)
  • Microsoft Excel – Intermediate level
  • Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office
  • Legislation pertaining to the payroll environment, ie. SARS, POPI, BCEA, etc.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
