Mr Price Group: Admin Clerk
key responsibilities
Duties will include:
- General Admin and Filing
- General administration which may include data capturing
- Recording, assessing data, sorting, classifying, verifying and storing information on paper and computer databases
- Updating and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees, as well as calculating preliminary scores and reconciling information to produce a BEE score and/or a verification file
- Photocopying, scanning and faxing documents
requirements
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12; Diploma/degree would be advantageous
- Minimum of 1 year BEE experience, together with admin/clerical experience (previous experience as a Verification Analyst advantageous)
- MS Office knowledge, with intermediate to expert proficiency in MS Excel
- Typing and other office skills
- Attention to detail, time management, flexibility, highly organised
