Mr Price Group: Admin Clerk

key responsibilities

Duties will include:

  • General Admin and Filing
  • General administration which may include data capturing
  • Recording, assessing data, sorting, classifying, verifying and storing information on paper and computer databases
  • Updating and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees, as well as calculating preliminary scores and reconciling information to produce a BEE score and/or a verification file
  • Photocopying, scanning and faxing documents

requirements

Requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12; Diploma/degree would be advantageous
  • Minimum of 1 year BEE experience, together with admin/clerical experience (previous experience as a Verification Analyst advantageous)
  • MS Office knowledge, with intermediate to expert proficiency in MS Excel
  • Typing and other office skills
  • Attention to detail, time management, flexibility, highly organised
