Sanlam: Sales Administrator Assistant
This is a sales admin support position that reports directly to Head: Sales. The role supports sales management and Sales Advisers to ensure that processes, procedures and administration are effectively to undertaken to support the smooth functioning of the sales function.
Key responsibilities include:
⦁ Document management processes
⦁ Financial support processes
⦁ Stock and inventory management
⦁ Correspondence and IT related support processes
⦁ Adhoc sales support requests
What will make you successful in this role?
Qualification & experience :
⦁ Grade 12
⦁ 1–2 year administration/sales support working experience, preferably in a financial distribution environment
