Volvo Group: Graduate Sales Administrator

Volvo Group Southern Africa provides a graduate opportunity in the following area: Sales Administrator in New Vehicles. This graduate opportunity is situated in Boksburg. The successful candidate will have exposure to the following areas within our team:

  • Daily Stock checks – tie up stock between local and exports within the GL accounts and profit centres.
  • Daily Sales checks and reports – Checking of margins and issuing reports.
  • Over allowance – Checks between actual over allowance provided and that required by Used Division.
  • Purchase Orders – Check provisions made against each purchase order raised.
  • Provision Account reconciliations in SAP vs deals.
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required by Business Controller and National Sales Manager.
  • Sales Administration Support.
