      To ensure client and product retention by providing pre- and after-sales service across the entire value chain for multiple channels and brands in a contact centre environment, whilst complying with strict regulations

      experience and qualifications

      • Minimum Qualification – Grade 12 / National Certificate
      • Preferred Qualification – Grade 12 / National Certificate
      • Experience – One to two years call centre experience as a Client Service Agent Multi-skilled with advanced product knowledge and service skills

    • Provides exceptional customer service when interacting with internal and external customers
    • Delivers customer service through adherence to quality service standards
