Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to
  • Passion for service excellence
  • Adhere to and enforce frontline grooming and service requirements of Discovery as stipulated in the SOP
  • Manage frontline team
  • Meet and greet visitors and assist them efficiently and effectively
  • Be responsible for reception desk areas
  • Maintain a good working relationship with Discovery PA’s
  • Inform security of any special requirements for attendees of meetings
  • Assign rostering for receptionists
  • Manage frontline leave schedule
  • Attend Ops meetings
  • Organise team meetings and one-on-one’s with frontline team
  • Conduct performance conversation and evaluations for employee incentives
  • Organise team training as well as grooming and service evaluations (nationally)
  • Manage temps and sign off time sheets
  • Facilitate employee (permanent and temporary) recruitment
  • Compile and update SOP’s
  • Co-ordinate staff uniform (from design to delivery – nationally)
  • Assist with management and administrative tasks for all Lifestyle Services
  • Assist with hygiene audit corrective measure for eateries and coffee shops
  • Assist with provider contracts
  • Processing of provider invoices
  • Logging of work permits and maintenance calls for providers

Education and Experience
  • Matric
  • Customer Service Certification
  • 2 years frontline / reception management
  • 3 years frontline /reception management (advantageous)
