Receive and direct walk- in customers to the correct departments
Answer calls professionally
Maintain the abandoned call rate
Sending quotes to customers
Deal with customer queries efficiently and timelessly
Follow-up on quotes
Liaising with Technicians on repairs
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric
Reception courses e.g., telephone etiquette
Minimum 1 years’ experience as switchboard operator (preferable)

Skills:
Basic administration skills
Superior telephone etiquette
Solid communication skills
Good people skills
Excellent networking skills
Basic computer literacy especially in Microsoft applications
Good knowledge of general administrative

Knowledge:
Good knowledge of general administrative processes
Good knowledge of relevant technology (telephony system etc.)
Good understanding of organisation structure and organogram
