Main objectives of the position include:

  • To meet the set standards of productivity and quality in the department in order to achieve set KPIs
  • To be familiar with all aspects of the job which includes system applications, online
  • Navigation, product knowledge, company rules, credit and ecommerce policies and account information
  • To actively engage with stakeholders to ensure that all requests from customers are managed accurately and timeously
  • Proactively engaging with customers regarding complaints to protect the image of the brands and TFG
  • To maintain the integrity of The Foschini Group’s image when dealing with customers
  • To provide superior customer service across all communication channels

To apply for this position you will need:

  • Matric
  • Call Centre diploma or equivalent (advantageous)
  • 2-3 Years Call Centre experience
  • 1-2 Years ecommerce experience (advantageous)
  • Customer Service experience
  • Retail experience (advantageous)

  • Microsoft Office
  • Advanced business writing skills

  • Typing skills (30 words per minute)
  • Sales skills
  • Customer relation management skills
  • Creative, innovative and resourceful thinking
