key responsibilities

Responsible for the coordination, logistics and administration of business needs for the Skills Development portfolio through effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Assist the Program manager to ensure the delivery of strategic and operational Skills Development objectives.

The minimum requirements for this exciting career opportunity are:

1. Education:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification

2. Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in coordination/admin related role in a HR or learning environment
  • Skills development experience (retail advantageous)

3. Knowledge/ Skills:

  • High proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Basic financial skills
  • Events management
