Requirements
Specialist competencies:
Minimum one year’s experience within the hotel industry in a similar position
Hotel School Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage
Must be able to work shifts and weekends
Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette
Property Management System (PMS) experience is required
Computer literate
Well-presented and well spoken
Shows initiative as well as innovation
Prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional guest experience
Embraces challenge and demonstrates self discipline and a willingness to learn
Driver’s license an advantage
Have knowledge of hotel, facilities, and surrounds
