National Renal Care seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal driven and self-motivated
individual to fulfil the role of a Junior IT Technician.

The incumbent will be responsible for to perform first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting
support to end-users and customers. Working under supervision, help desk technicians
receive calls and enquiries; provide support in accordance with processes and document
incidents and remedies. Escalate complex incidents to second level support personnel.
Install and configure computers and systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and
solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
Reliability and Responsibility
Requirements and experience :
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification
BSc (IT) OR IT diploma (A+N+) or MCSE
1-2 years working experience in a similar environment would be advantageous
Driver’s license and own transport a must
