The role

BBD is looking for a junior to intermediate Excel super user to support the Billing team in an administration role.

Requirements:

· Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ie pivot tables, Cube Reporting VLOOKUPS, IF Statements)

· Debtors Experience

· Build high-level, readable and accurate automated reports

· Strong ability to interpret data

· Able to manipulate and create new ad hoc reports when required

· Build, implement and prepare data-heavy spreadsheets to monitor billing activities, reducing time loss and speed up the billing process

· Able to follow and understand billing projects to offer operational support and assistance where required

· Advanced proficiency in MS Word advantageous

· Track record for high standard of administrative tasks · A fundamental understanding of finance and numbers

· Analytical with strong attention to detail

· Ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work to meet strict deadlines

· Excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills

· Johannesburg based to work in Killarney office

· Proficient multitasker who can manage various workflows simultaneously

· Able to take initiative to improve on personal and team performance

· Not a clock watcher – working hours are varied and team members need to be flexible

· Level-headed and able to work under pressure

· Well spoken, confident and a positive team player

· Able to build relationships at all levels
