Introduction:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITES:

Deliver excellent customer services to clients and making sure that we work efficiently, effectively and accurately, including processing daily requests within agreed time standards. The Senior Clerk will be able to assist walk-in clients with enquiries on existing policies, policy payments, new policies and arranging funerals:

SpecificationRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Financial and Administrative Tasks
Handling of Petty Cash
Handle all fraud allegations/complaints
Monthly and weekly statistics report writing
Attend to administrative tasks as and when requested to do so by the Department Head
System Maintenance
Reports and Statistics
Risk Management
Cash Claims
Funeral Arrangements
New Policies

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

Matric (Grade 12)
: Category B FAIS Accredited
 Clear ITC credit record
 Clear criminal record
Where the consultant is not yet accredited, they need to be working under supervision with the
appropriate 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

Marketing experience
Computer literate and must be able to work under pressure
 communication skills (English and two African languages)
 be client friendly and service orientated
 and problem solving skills
-2 Years life assurance, preferably in policy maintenance/client services environment
-2 Years administrative experience
 Production system will be an advantage
