Job description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for administration of investment business, processing of new applications and maintenance of investment book.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement investment proposals
- Process new business applications
- Portfolio switches, rebalances, withdrawals, investment allocations
- Handle and solve client queries
- Maintain CRM System
- Work closely with Financial Adviser
Minimum requirements:
- Completed Bachelor of Commerce / Diploma in Finance / Business Finance / Investments / Financial Planning Law / Financial Sciences / Investment Management
- Completed RE5
- 2-3 years´ relevant administration of investment business (new applications and maintenance of unit trust book) work experience within the financial services industry
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
- Computer literacy (MS Office – Advanced MS Excel)
