Job description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for administration of investment business, processing of new applications and maintenance of investment book.Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement investment proposals
  • Process new business applications
  • Portfolio switches, rebalances, withdrawals, investment allocations
  • Handle and solve client queries
  • Maintain CRM System
  • Work closely with Financial Adviser

Minimum requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor of Commerce / Diploma in Finance / Business Finance / Investments / Financial Planning Law / Financial Sciences / Investment Management
  • Completed RE5
  • 2-3 years´ relevant administration of investment business (new applications and maintenance of unit trust book) work experience within the financial services industry
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
  • Computer literacy (MS Office – Advanced MS Excel)
