Job Description

To ensure that the Facilities Management unit is managed in an efficient and professional way resulting in efficient and cost-effective operational delivery. 

It will be required of the incumbent within the position to collaborate with all role-players within the business as well and liaise with service providers to provide a cost-effective, efficient solution to all facilities-related queries and complaints.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric
  • 4/5 years experience as an administrator
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word; MS Excel; Outlook; Boardroom booking system; etc.)
  • Basic Procurement / finance background
  • Stock / Quality control


  • Efficient and seamless Cleaning function
  • Adequate stock levels of consumables
  • Absenteeism and excess leave rate is reduced
  • Cost-effective solutions


  • Conduct EHS inspections in conjunction with the EHS unit
  • Manage and action EHS audit report
  • Support function for all leased printers onsite
  • Weekly site walk-through inspections
  • Weekly statistics reports on facilities related queries
