Job Description
To ensure that the Facilities Management unit is managed in an efficient and professional way resulting in efficient and cost-effective operational delivery.
It will be required of the incumbent within the position to collaborate with all role-players within the business as well and liaise with service providers to provide a cost-effective, efficient solution to all facilities-related queries and complaints.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- 4/5 years experience as an administrator
- Strong computer skills (MS Word; MS Excel; Outlook; Boardroom booking system; etc.)
- Basic Procurement / finance background
- Stock / Quality control
Ensure:
- Efficient and seamless Cleaning function
- Adequate stock levels of consumables
- Absenteeism and excess leave rate is reduced
- Cost-effective solutions
General:
- Conduct EHS inspections in conjunction with the EHS unit
- Manage and action EHS audit report
- Support function for all leased printers onsite
- Weekly site walk-through inspections
- Weekly statistics reports on facilities related queries
