Safair, trading as FlySafair requires the services of a Crew Support Administrator who will report to the Operations Support Manager and be based at our head office in Bonaero Park.RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Order stock from preferred suppliers;
  • Maintain stock levels and inventory;
  • Conduct weekly audits;
  • Ensure neatness and order in Stock Room;
  • Ensure timeous ordering;
  • Ensure timeous and secure delivery to outstations;
  • Ensure security of stock;
  • Ensure management authorization;
  • Ensure adequate supply of company and airline supplied stock;
  • Arrange fittings;
  • Ensure uniforms are distributed and obtain a signed receipt by staff;
  • Ensure the return of all items of clothing of staff leaving the


  • Manage the uniform control system;
  • Ensure all staff are aware of and in possession of a uniform policy;
  • Ensure that uniforms are worn according to company regulations;
  • Liaise with uniform suppliers to secure both cost and quality


  • Ensure that the company’s professional image is maintained at all

Crew ACSA Parking:

  • Maintain accurate database of all parking cards for tracking and


  • Manage activation/deactivation of parking cards and determine appropriate access levels for each card;
  • Complete parking agreements forms, coordinate execution with ACSA;
  • Initiate/Terminate parking cards;
  • Review and approve parking card invoices , for payment;
  • Maintain communication and coordination with parking authority – ACSA;
  • Perform parking card audits – monthly.


  • Grade 12;
  • Relevant tertiary education will be an added advantage;
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast paced environment;
  • Previous operations experience would be beneficial;
  • Strong administrative skills;
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Task orientated – attention to detail and willing to go the extra mile when required;
  • Work well under pressure, alone or as a team.
